Garry Knights

Garry Knights is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in asset management and property services. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Asset Management at Flagship_Group since November 2023, Garry previously held the position of Assistant Director of Property Services at the London Borough of Havering from March 2020 to November 2023. Prior to this, Garry was the Head of Housing Property Services at Enfield Council, where responsibilities included developing and implementing an asset management strategy for 15,000 council homes. Garry's career also encompasses leadership roles in asset management and commercial services at Greenfields Community Housing, directorial experience in construction at Blue Elephant Projects Ltd, and expertise as a Senior Interest Rate Dealer at Natexis Banques Populaires. Garry holds a Master's degree in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from King's College London and a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from Anglia Ruskin University.
