David Vinas

David Vinas has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. David currently serves as the Franchise Owner at Property Management Inc. since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Flagship Networks Inc. starting from 2019. Before that, they held the position of Consulting Director at Lucania Partners in 2018.

In 2018, David also worked at Yale New Haven Health as a Special Project Coordinator. Their responsibilities included facilitating the assessment and reorganization of the System's Corporate Supply Chain. David successfully led change management efforts resulting in the recommendation to consolidate teams into a customer-aligned entity.

From 2012 to 2018, David served as the Director of Operations - Smilow Cancer Hospital at Yale New Haven Hospital. In this role, they directed non-clinical operations in the hospital with a focus on ambulatory settings and collaborated with medical, clinical, and administrative leaders. David oversaw strategic planning, budgeting, project management, and daily operations, among other responsibilities.

David Vinas completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations at SUNY New Paltz in 1996. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of New Haven. In terms of additional certifications, David obtained a Vacation Rental Management Professional certification from the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) in July 2022. Furthermore, they hold a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent certification from the State of Florida. David has also completed a course on Strategic Agility at the Yale School of Management.
