Ashley Tate

Ashley Tate is an experienced professional in program management and alliance management, currently serving as Associate Director at both Pioneering Medicines and Flagship Pioneering since January 2024. Prior to these roles, Ashley held the position of Associate Director of R&D Program Management at Sana Biotechnology, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing cross-functional program management for cell and gene therapy programs, collaborating with various functional leads, and driving program strategy. Ashley's career also includes significant research experience at the University of Rochester Medical Center, focusing on Huntington's Disease and glial cell therapy, along with a research internship at Neuroscience Research Australia. Ashley holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Society from Cornell University.
