Beth Malloy

Beth Malloy is an experienced professional in the field of research and development sourcing, currently serving as the Director of R&D Sourcing at Flagship Pioneering. Previously, Beth held various roles at Genentech, including Talent Discovery Partner, Senior Sourcing Consultant, and Sourcing Consultant within the Talent Acquisition department. Additionally, Beth has experience in talent acquisition at Gilead Sciences. Educationally, Beth holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Boston College and a Master's degree in Chemistry & Biochemistry from San Francisco State University.
