Claudy Jules currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of HR for Origination at Flagship Pioneering, where responsibilities include shaping the talent and organization agenda in collaboration with senior leaders. As the Founder and CEO of Jules Advisory Services, LLC, Claudy leads an advisory practice focused on strategy, value creation, and human capital. Previous experience includes a role as Partner at McKinsey & Company, where Claudy provided counsel to Fortune 100 companies on talent due diligence and co-founded the Org Scaling service line. As an Operating Advisor at CapitalG, guidance was offered on organizational issues for portfolio companies, and as Director of People Operations at Google, Claudy built a center on organizational health and change.
