Janusz Kostanski

Janusz Kostanski is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Business Development at Pioneering Medicines under Flagship Pioneering, Janusz has previously held significant roles at Bristol Myers Squibb, including Vice President of Strategy & Business Development for Innovative Technologies, Vice President and Global Head of Oncology Business Development, and Executive Director of Business Development and Transactions. Janusz holds a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management from Rutgers University and a Doctor of Philosophy in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Kentucky.
