Julie Cincotti serves as Vice President of Human Resources and Head of HR for Pioneering Medicines at Flagship Pioneering since August 2023, focusing on growth within this innovative division dedicated to advancing bio-platform companies. In addition, Julie contributes as a mentor for WEST - Women in the Enterprise of Science and Technology and as a professional speaker for Hacking HR, a global community aimed at enhancing workplace environments. Julie's previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Karyopharm Therapeutics Inc. and HealthEdge, and Senior Director of Human Resources at Insulet Corporation, among other HR leadership positions across various companies. Julie's educational background includes a BA in English/Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and recent executive education at Wharton.
