Neal Gordon

Neal Gordon is an accomplished biotech executive with extensive experience in management, operations, and research and development across biologics, diagnostics, and life science research tools. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of the Enabling Technology Initiative at Flagship Pioneering, and holding advisory roles at ChromaTan, Inc. and Reverb Therapeutics, Neal has transitioned from an independent consultant after providing expert support in various capacities since 2013. Previous positions include Managing Director at BDO USA, LLP, Chief Development Officer at Cobalt Biomedicine, and Senior Vice President of Research & Development at BG Medicine, where key contributions included leading biomarker discovery efforts and overseeing significant product development projects. Neal's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Biochemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.Eng. in Chemical Engineering from McGill University.
