Nicki Maraganore Shah

Nicki (Andronicki) Maraganore Shah, Ed.M., currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Lead for Enterprise G&A at Flagship Pioneering since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Global Talent Acquisition and People Operations at atai Life Sciences and Consulting Recruiting Partner, as well as Talent Director for Life Sciences at Tatum by Randstad and Business Development Manager at Nesco Resource. Nicki's career in recruitment began as a Corporate Recruiter at KNF&T Staffing Resources. Academically, Nicki holds a Master’s Degree in Human Development/Prevention Science & Practice from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Colby College, with ongoing doctoral studies at Harvard Graduate School of Education as a Ph.D. Candidate, ABD, in Human Development and Prevention Science & Practice.
