Sebastian Palmer

Sebastian Palmer currently serves as the Director of Talent Management Strategy at Flagship Pioneering, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this role, Sebastian was the Director of HR Business Partner at Eikon Therapeutics from September 2022 to February 2024. Sebastian’s experience includes working at the Boston Consulting Group as a Consulting Team Talent Manager, and at Deloitte as a Manager. Additionally, Sebastian contributed as a Manager in People Advisory Services at EYEY. Sebastian holds an MBA in Finance and Management from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Georgetown University.
