Sheila Ranganath

Sheila Ranganath is a highly experienced professional in the field of immuno-oncology and drug discovery, currently serving as Vice President of Program Leadership at Pioneering Medicines and Flagship Pioneering since April 2022. Prior to this role, Sheila was Vice President of Biology at LifeMine Therapeutics from April 2021 to March 2022, and held various leadership positions at Merck, where responsibilities included Director and Senior Principal Scientist in Oncology Discovery. Additional expertise includes serving as Director of Research at Enumeral Biomedical Holdings, and roles at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals and Pfizer. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Immunology from Washington University in St. Louis and a B.A. in Molecular Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
