Kristin Diamond has been with Care Ventures Inc. since early 2006 when she started with the company as a Human Resources Assistant. She quickly grew in her role becoming a Human Resources Generalist in 2007 advanced to the Director of Human Resources in 2010.
Throughout that time, she has gained experience in both Skilled and Outpatient Rehabilitation Services, and all support departments that are managed in the Corporate Office in Cumberland, MD. Kristin was promoted to the Director of Human Resources and Communication in late 2011 where she oversees the human resources, recruiting, IT, and Care Ventures staff.
She is an active member of SHRM and the Healthcare Workforce Advisory Council.
