Otr/L Leanna Miller

Leanna Miller, OTR/L, currently serves as an Occupational Therapist at Flagship Rehabilitation since March 2022. Previous experience includes a position as a Travel Occupational Therapist with AMN Healthcare from May 2023 to March 2024 and as an Occupational Therapist at Encompass Health from April 2022 to April 2023. Leanna also completed Level II Field Work as a student at Encompass Health and Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center And Hospital, Inc. Additional roles include working as a Counter Waitress at Brother’s Pizza, a Personal Care Assistant/Medication Technician at Cross Keys Village - The Brethren Home Community, and a Personal Care Associate at Country Meadows Retirement Communities. Education credentials consist of a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Elizabethtown College and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Occupation from the same institution, alongside experience as a Blue Jay Ambassador.
