Doug Paton

Doug is currently the Chief Operating Officer and one of the founding members of Flagship Solutions.

Although Doug started out in the Banking Information Technology industry, working for multi-national companies, he is at heart an entrepreneur. He has owned various companies as diverse as a full-service marina, an Aviation company, to a consulting company that assisted small to medium businesses in overcoming the issues of growth.

Doug is devoted to everything he does and has a clear passion for change in the Community. Doug has served on the Spirit of Giving board as President, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Florence Fuller Child Developments Centers, and has been on the Boca Bowl Executive Committee since its inception seven years ago. Doug was also part of the Boys Scouts of America, serving in Leadership for over 6 years. Doug’s efforts in the Community are instrumental to Flagship Solutions Group and have resulted in industry acknowledgements that include the IBM Beacon Award for Community Service.
