Donnie McMaster

Donnie McMaster is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and military sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Flagship Specialty Partners since June 2024, Donnie has previously held senior leadership positions including Senior Director and Director of Operations at Guardian Dentistry Partners from August 2021 to June 2024, and Chief Operations Officer at both Charlotte Dental Implant Solutions and Ballantyne Center for Dentistry and Dental Implants between 2014 and 2021. Donnie's career also includes a significant tenure as an Air Traffic Controller in the South Carolina Air National Guard from January 2009 to January 2023, ensuring the safe operation of aircraft. Donnie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The Citadel, earned in 2002.
