Angelene B. is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in various financial institutions. Currently serving as 1st Vice President and Head of Human Resources for Banking and CRE Divisions at Flagstar Bank, Angelene leads HR professionals to address the complex needs of multiple teams while advising on organizational development strategies. Previously, as Vice President of Human Resources for the Banking Group at Flagstar Bank, Angelene focused on aligning HR strategies with business goals. Angelene has also held senior HR roles at Delta Community Credit Union and BBVA in the USA, where a commitment to cultural stewardship and innovative HR solutions was demonstrated. In addition to professional roles, Angelene is a member of Pipeline Angels and has earned a Doctorate in Organization Development & Change from Bowling Green State University, along with a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
