Brian Farlow is an experienced software and database developer with a strong focus on Oracle database applications within the mortgage industry. At New York Community Bancorp, Inc. since July 2007, Brian has advanced from Senior Software Developer to Lead Oracle Database Developer, specializing in the design, coding, modification, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle database objects for a leading web-based Loan Origination System. Prior to this role, Brian worked at AmTrust Bank as an Oracle Developer II, contributing to similar projects for the mortgage loan origination system. Additional experience includes software development for Alamo Car Rental, Insurance Automation, and Lorain Community Hospital, where Brian utilized various programming languages and technologies throughout a diverse career spanning over three decades.
