Dipti Bhiwapurkar

Dipti Bhiwapurkar is currently serving as a BSA AML Business and Data Analyst at Flagstar Bank, focusing on financial crime and deposits since September 2023. Previously, from May 2019 to June 2023, Dipti held the position of QA Automation Lead at the same institution, where responsibilities included leading a team, interacting with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and creating test strategies and automation scripts. Dipti's career also includes experience as a Lead QA Analyst at Synechron from January 2013 to December 2018, where coordination of software testing in the finance and insurance domain was key, as well as a Software QA Analyst role at Syntel India Ltd from April 2010 to December 2012, managing a team and documentation for testing. Dipti began a career in QA testing at Mahindra Satyam from January 2008 to December 2009, focusing on functional and regression testing.
