Karen Fishman

Karen Fishman is an experienced marketing professional with a strong focus on the mortgage sector. Currently serving as the AVP-Mortgage Marketing Leader at Flagstar Bank since March 2016, Karen formulates and executes strategic marketing plans to support the bank's mortgage, CRA, and Fair Lending objectives, collaborating closely with C-Suite executives and various stakeholders. Prior roles include Marketing Director at MMS Member Mortgage Services, where relationship management with Credit Unions was paramount, and Affiliate Relationship Representative at Mortgage Center, a Credit Union Service Organization. Karen's earlier experience includes directing program management at Forum Group LLC and working as a realtor at Real Estate One and Century 21 Town and Country. With a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business, Karen brings a well-rounded perspective to mortgage marketing and client relations.
