Leslie D. Dunn

Leslie D. Dunn serves as a Director of New York Community Bancorp, Inc. and of its bank subsidiary, Flagstar Bank, N.A. She joined the Company’s board in September 2015. In addition to chairing the Compensation Committee, she is also a member of the Audit and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. She is the immediate past chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and had served for many years on the Risk Assessment Committee.

An experienced executive, legal, and governance professional, Ms. Dunn currently serves on the Board of Directors of GrafTech International Ltd. (EAB: NYSE) and its Compensation and Governance Committees. She was an independent director of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati from 2007 until 2020, serving as its Governance Committee Chair. She has served as Director of numerous private companies.
