Michael Pfarrer

Michael Pfarrer is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in information technology management and operations across various sectors, including finance, utilities, and military. Currently serving as the Lead Information Technology Delivery Manager at Flagstar Bank, Pfarrer oversees SalesForce delivery programs related to the merger of NYCB, Flagstar, and Signature Banks. Previously, Pfarrer held the position of CIO and Vice President of Information Technology at Scope Services, Inc., where responsibilities included IT strategies for national utility clients. Experience also includes leadership roles at Whirlpool Corporation, Navy Expeditionary Combat Command, and various positions within the United States Navy, focusing on operations, logistics, and project management. Pfarrer holds a Master's degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, a Master's in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University.
