Rita Dailey

Rita Dailey is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in commercial banking and product management. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Head of Commercial Deposits & Payment Solutions at Flagstar Bank, Rita has previously held leadership roles at Bank of the West as Head of Small & Medium Enterprise Products, and at Banc of California as EVP of Deposits & Products. Additional experience includes a position as Managing Director in Leasing & Asset Finance at MUFG and various senior management roles at Union Bank. Rita holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
