Prior to that, they worked at Mega ICBC as the Tranaction Monitoring Oversight & Change Manager. Tom also served as an AVP - Compliance Officer at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they managed a team of Compliance analysts in Client List Screening. Tom has also held positions at Marsh USA Inc. as an AVP - Global Compliance Group - Compliance/Advisory Specialist, at Fiduciary Trust Company as an AVP - BSA/AML and OFAC Compliance, at ABN Amro Incorporated as an AVP - Operations Regulatory Advisory, at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein as an AVP - Client Verification Team Manager, and at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. as an AVP - Compliance Officer.
