Jay Man has a diverse background in software engineering and development. Jay is currently working as a Software Engineering Team Lead at Flagstone since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Back End Developer at Flagstone Investment Management Ltd from 2021 to 2022. Jay also has experience working as a Azure .Net Senior Developer at Solidsoft Reply from 2017 to 2021, a Senior Developer at Global Student Accommodation Group from 2016 to 2017, and a Team Lead at Chambers and Partners in 2015. Jay previously worked at The Regus Group as a Team Lead/Principal Developer from 2014 to 2015 and as a Senior Developer in 2013. Jay also has experience as a Senior .Net Developer at BCA Europe from 2012 to 2013 and as a Developer at Northgate Arinso from 2007 to 2012. Jay started their career as a Windows & Web Developer at Microsoft Business Solutions and as a Senior Technical Consultant at PWA Personnel Systems. Throughout their career, Jay has gained extensive experience with various technologies and projects, including Microsoft Azure, C#, ASP.Net, and more.

Jay Man attended Manchester Polytechnic from 1990 to 1992, where they obtained an HND in Software Engineering. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in 2020, Microsoft Learning Honor Code Certificate for Microsoft Azure Storage from Microsoft in 2017, and Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in 2012.
