Jonathan Pemberton

Jonathan Pemberton is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in customer service, event management, and retail. Currently serving as a One Service Desk Agent at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions since September 2019, Jonathan provides first-line tech support for Talk Talk Business. In addition, Jonathan has been a Student Ambassador at Manchester Metropolitan University since 2017, representing the course and university to prospective students.
