Laura Sutton is a seasoned professional in events management with extensive experience spanning over 15 years. Currently self-employed as a Freelance Events Manager since May 2015, Laura has held multiple roles at Festival Republic, including Wristband Exchange Manager, Supervisor, and Assistant, contributing to numerous high-profile events such as Leeds and Latitude Festivals. Additional experience includes serving as Events Assistant for National Dance Company Wales and Education Workforce Council, as well as managing teams at various prestigious events through Compass Group UK & Ireland and Flair Event Staffing & Management Ltd. Laura holds a BA(Hons) in Events Management from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and multiple industry qualifications, including BIIAB Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders.
