Christoph Rogge

Christoph Rogge has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to 2023. Starting as a Management Assistant at Peninsula Covenant Community Center, they later worked as a Marketing Associate at Avantgarde. In 2008, they joined Dr. Pascher Immobilien Unit Leipzig GmbH as a Business Analyst and Assistant CEO. Christoph then moved on to SAGA Unternehmensgruppe, where they held several roles, including Executive Consultant and Controller/Portfolio- u. Investment Management. In 2018, Christoph joined Numbrs as a Senior Business Process Manager/Deputy COO and later became a Business Process Automation Manager. Following this, they became a Co-Founder/Advisor at wetipi, an online platform utilizing AI for matchmaking between flat seekers and real estate. In 2020, they became the Chief Operating Officer at MoveAgain AG, a housing services marketplace. Currently, Christoph holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at flair, a Salesforce-native HR and recruiting platform.

Christoph Rogge obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Wealth Management - Real Estate from the University of Cooperative Education in 2011. Christoph then pursued a Master of Science degree in Professional Skills and Management from Steinbeis-Hochschule Schools of Next Practices, completing it in 2021. In 2022-2023, they attended Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and earned a certification as a Certified M&A Associate, specializing in Business Administration and Management. In addition, they hold certifications in Project Management from GPM Deutsche Gesellschaft für Projektmanagement e. V. (2016), TM Wiso from ITB Consulting GmbH (2016), and Real Estate Controlling from BBA - Akademie der Immobilienwirtschaft e.V., Berlin (2014).
