Lorna Smith

Lorna Smith is an experienced professional in human resources and learning and development, currently serving as a Learning and Development Advisor at Flair Rugs since October 2017, where Lorna previously held the role of HR & Payroll Officer. Prior to this, Lorna worked as an Employer Engagement Consultant at The Work Company for almost a year. Lorna's extensive experience in recruitment and team leadership was gained through various roles at Brook Street from August 2009 to October 2016, including Team Leader, Recruitment Consultant, and Branch Administrator. Lorna's career commenced at Office Angels, where Lorna was a Branch Administrator from September 2007 to July 2009. Lorna is an alumnus of Glossopdale Community College.
