Coleen Magness

Coleen Magness has a solid work history with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Coleen started their career in 2000 as the Vice President of Business Development at Cinnabar Service Company, where they were responsible for securing new client accounts, preparing project proposals, negotiating service contracts, and managing staff. Coleen then joined Access Midstream in 2007 as the Director of Right of Way Coordination, where they established a land data management system and developed standard practices for the organization. In 2015, they moved to Williams as the Manager of the Land Center of Excellence. Most recently, Coleen has held multiple roles at Flairsoft Ltd. and Flairsoft, including Vice President of Business Development & Delivery and Vice President of the Product Division. Overall, Coleen has a strong background in business development, project management, and leadership.

Coleen Magness attended Oklahoma State University from 1982 to 1983, where they studied Geology/Earth Science, General. Coleen did not obtain a degree during their time at the university. In 2013, they obtained a certification as a Senior Right of Way Professional SR/WA from the International Right of Way Association.
