Jon DeGenova

Jon DeGenova has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1994 as an Engineer at Micro Industries. Jon then progressed through various roles within the company, including Program Engineer II, CAD System Specialist, CAD Manager, Design Engineering Manager, and Software Program Manager. In these positions, Jon managed projects, supervised operations, implemented new technologies, and streamlined business processes. Jon also had experience in software development, managing developers and projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies. Since 2015, Jon has been working as the Director of Product Delivery at Flairsoft.

Jon DeGenova attended Ohio University from 1988 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. In August 2015, they obtained a certification in Project Management Fundamentals from lynda.com. Additionally, in July 2015, they obtained a certification in Foundations of Programming: Object-Oriented Design, also from lynda.com.
