Nick Kulshrestha

Nick Kulshrestha serves as the VP of Government Consulting & Operations at Flairsoft Ltd since April 2005, overseeing state and commercial consulting with a focus on project management for fixed cost projects in the state and public sector, including scope, risk management, and maintenance contract management. Prior to this, Nick held the position of Joint General Manager for International Projects at Indian Railways from July 1989 to September 2005, where extensive experience was gained in delivering IT and engineering solutions across various sectors, including public sector and international project consulting, as well as in coordinating cross-functional teams, project feasibility analyses, and quality assurance. Nick holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bhopal University, completed in 1982.
