Basma Sokarno

Basma Sokarno is a Senior BI Developer at FlairsTech since December 2018, specializing in building SQL queries in Sybase for trucking industry reports and developing complex SQL views in Snowflake. Previously, Basma served as Lead Software Engineer at Medstreaming from February 2010 to November 2018, where responsibilities included managing billing team members, providing technical guidance, and actively participating in program sprint planning and design. Earlier roles at Medstreaming included Senior Software Developer, focusing on feature design and implementation for the billing module, and Junior Software Developer, where Basma contributed to integrating a new financial billing product into existing medical solutions and developed SQL reporting for medical billing. Basma started a career at the Information Technology Institute (ITI) as a trainee in the System Development department before earning a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Systems and Biomedical Engineering from Cairo University in 2008.
