Lisa Uthgenannt

Lisa Uthgenannt is a seasoned global Human Resources executive with extensive experience in healthcare services, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals industries, with a proven record of developing human resources strategies that deliver business impact.

Most recently as Chief Human Resources Officer at Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings (LabCorp), Ms.Uthgenannt was responsible for establishing and driving LabCorp’s human resource strategies encompassing 60,000 employees. Working with a human resources team across LabCorp Diagnostics and Covance Drug Development, she drove the development of an evolving, cohesive human resources model to manage talent and deliver quality service to employees.

Ms. Uthgenannt was previously Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Covance, where she was responsible for the human resources strategy for the company with more than 12,000 employees in 60 countries. Prior to joining Covance in 2010, Ms. Uthgenannt held numerous leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, in both medical devices and pharmaceutical businesses. Previous to Johnson & Johnson, Ms. Uthgenannt worked at Aventis and BetzDearborn Inc.
