Prior to that, Sander spent over 20 years at Falkplan B.V., starting as a Retail Manager and later transitioning into an Accountmanager role. Before Falkplan B.V., Sander worked as a Vertegenwoordiger at Scholtens B.V. and Novella Uitgeverij. Sander Arts received education at Vallei College.
