Valerie Ibarra (Flatt) has a diverse work experience in the fields of human resources, recruitment, and administration. Valerie began their career as a Hospitality/Events Associate at Gloria Ferrer Caves & Vineyards, where they educated guests about wine and executed various events. Valerie then worked as a Program Assistant at the Boys & Girls Club of Sonoma Valley, planning and supervising youth programs. Valerie later served as an Office Assistant at Freixenet USA, assisting multiple departments with administrative duties and screening resumes for potential candidates. Valerie gained further experience as a Retail Assistant at Duckhorn Wine Company, where they provided customer service and promoted wine clubs and events. Valerie also worked as an Account Executive and Staffing Consultant at AppleOne Employment Services, recruiting and evaluating candidates for clients. Valerie then joined Nova Group, Inc. as a Human Resources Assistant, responsible for recruitment and maintaining HR systems.
