Tiziana Girardi serves as the Director and Head of the Leuven Research Lab at Flamingo Therapeutics, bringing extensive experience in drug discovery and project management. Previously, Tiziana held positions as Associate Director and Project Manager, showcasing a strong background in research leadership. Earlier roles at Complix N.V. included Project Lead and Research Scientist, while Tiziana's academic journey encompassed a PhD in Biomedical Sciences from KU Leuven and a Master's degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Rome, Tor Vergata.
