Flamme Burger is the result of two friends from the National Culinary Team deciding to make their mark on the burger world. With a focus on premium ingredients and uncompromising quality, they launched their first location in 2021.

Founders Adam Schive Bjerck and Øyvind Bøe Dalelv have both spent a large part of their careers chasing perfection, down to the smallest detail. After years of tweezer-plating and gourmet menus, a shared dream emerged: to bring the level of quality they were accustomed to to the general public—in the form of Flamme Burger!

Why should you have to choose between fast food and quality? For Adam and Øyvind, the quality of the raw materials is the very foundation, and nothing is left to chance.

They have developed a custom meat blend that maintains top-tier quality whether the burger is enjoyed fresh off the grill or as a takeaway. The bun is baked using their own recipe to ensure it stays airy and perfectly cradles the ingredients. The sauces are carefully balanced to give every single burger a unique character. Simple, honest, and unpretentious combinations of ingredients allow each component to shine, coming together to create a true flavor bomb.
