Carlos V. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Carlos started their career at LAN Perú as an IT Analyst in 2006 and later became a System and Process Analyst. Their achievements include reducing the working timetable confection process time for customer service agents by 92% and orchestrating a project to collect $700M in unpaid airport use tax. Carlos also enhanced vehicle routes planning time by 50% through the implementation of an AI application, resulting in savings of $480M per year. In 2012, Carlos joined PepsiCo as a Coordinador de Soporte S&D, where they supervised an e-invoicing project and decreased sales application errors by 97% in the first 3 months. Carlos then became the CEO and Owner of Acróspiro, where they closed deals worth $60M in less than 2 months and implemented process improvements for clients resulting in a 60% reduction in sales process timing.
