Benediktas Knispelis

Benediktas Knispelis is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in both full-stack development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Flanco since March 2020, Benediktas has previously held the position of Senior Full-stack Engineer at E-bros from October 2012 to November 2020, where engagement in web, e-commerce, logistics, parking, and business centre management solutions occurred. In addition to development roles, Benediktas has demonstrated team leadership skills by facilitating workflow through obstacle removal, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring SCRUM methodologies are adhered to. Earlier experience includes software development for Android applications at Hermia Ltd. and technical support at UAB BMS. Benediktas holds a Master's Degree in Software Systems Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Informatics from Kaunas University of Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Tampere.
