Els Monten

Els Monten currently serves as Buyer non-food & NPD at Flanders Food Productions, a position held since January 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Buyer at Pami Workspace Designers from April 2019 to January 2024 and as Purchaser at Acro Bedding from October 2012 to April 2019, where responsibilities included sourcing high-quality materials for custom box springs and mattresses. Els also worked as a Purchaser at AND Steel, arcelor Mittal Distribution, from January 2003 to June 2012, focusing on purchasing and importing steel-related building products for markets in China and India. Earlier career experience includes a role as Management Assistant and as a Researcher & Project Opener at Big Media Group. Els holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications Management from Katholieke Hogeschool Mechelen and completed a Specific Teacher Training Program at CVO Lino.
