Hanika Alemayehu has a strong background in accounting with over 16 years of experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as an Accountant at Flannery Construction since August 2019, Alemayehu previously held roles as Construction Accountant and Senior Construction Accountant at RJM Construction from July 2007 to August 2019. Alemayehu is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Business Management at the University of Minnesota, expected to graduate in May 2028, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Metro State University.
