Jack Ryder is an accomplished entrepreneur with significant leadership experience in the technology and advertising sectors. As Co-Founder and CEO of Flare since March 2022 and previously of BUMP from March 2016 to January 2022, Jack has demonstrated a strong ability to drive business growth and innovation. Jack also contributed as an investor in Fancy (now Gopuff) from December 2019 to May 2021, following participation in Y Combinator's W18 batch in early 2018. Earlier career experiences include serving as UI/UX Lead at TaDaweb in 2016, a role in Microsoft Advertising from July 2014 to June 2015, and a summer internship at HSBC in 2013. Jack's academic background includes a BSc in Management with Marketing from the University of Leeds, completed in 2016.
