Tom Mac Mahon

Thomas Mac Mahon delivers deep healthcare-focused operational and financial insight, and has served on numerous private and public company boards. Previously, he was the CEO of Laboratory Group. His experience centers on financial reporting, accounting and controls, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, cost control and restructuring, operations, public policy, law and compliance, government regulation and information services. He was CEO Laboratory Group of America Holdings, senior vice president of Hoffmann-La Roche Inc., and president of Roche Diagnostics Group. He holds a B.S. in marketing from St. Peter’s College and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
