FLARE is a center for technical excellence, offering specialized services and capabilities in advanced aerospace development:

UAV Prototyping and Development: End-to-end design, simulation, and fabrication of advanced Unmanned Aerial Vehicles.

Lightweight Composite Manufacturing: Expertise in the fabrication and repair of high-performance composite structures, vital for efficient flight.

Custom Parts Manufacturing: In-house capability for producing specialized components for flight systems.

Engineering Analysis (CAD & CAE/FEA): Professional services in CAD modelling and advanced analysis (Structural, vibration, CFD, dynamic), to ensure optimal performance, structural integrity, and weight reduction.

Flagship Project: Autonomous Civil Application

Our ultimate project goal is the development of an ultra-efficient, Solar-Powered UAV equipped with fully Autonomous Flight Capabilities. This long-endurance platform is being engineered specifically for critical environmental monitoring, primarily Forest Fire Detection and prevention, serving a vital civil protection role.
