Alen Orbanić

Alen Orbanić is a highly experienced professional with extensive expertise in mathematics and computer science, currently serving as Lead System Engineer at Flare Network and CTO & Cofounder at ACEX Ltd. Alen is also a Cofounder and R&D Director at Abelium, focusing on scalable platform business models in fintech. Previously, Alen led the Technology Development Group at the Institute of Mathematics, Physics and Mechanics and held an Assistant Professor position at the University of Ljubljana, specializing in graph theory, computer science, and data science. Alen's background includes significant roles at ACE.Trade, GoOpti International, and various research positions, including a postdoctoral fellowship at York University. Alen holds a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Ljubljana.
