Yong is a vibrant young scientist trained in chemical biology and biochemistry. During his PhD, he studied the development of small molecule tools for application as enzyme inhibitors and PET tracers. At Flare, he is focused on applying his expertise to explore biochemical/biophysical techniques and technologies to help the team increase their understanding of ways to modulate and tune switch sites with small molecules.
When not working, Yong likes to go hiking, hang out with friends and explore his favorite city: Boston!
