FlarePoint Capital Partners is a structured finance and capital formation firm focused on building and funding asset backed investments through disciplined engineering of risk and return. We operate as General Partner across a series of special purpose vehicles, aligning sponsors, operators, and investors within a single economic framework.

Our approach is grounded in one principle: protect capital first, then pursue performance. We design transactions to reduce counterparty exposure, anchor investments to tangible assets, and structure predictable cash flow wherever possible. By aligning stakeholders through shared economics rather than fixed obligations, we seek to create resilient, scalable investment platforms.

FlarePoint provides end to end execution, including due diligence, financial modeling, SPV formation, legal structuring, and capital campaigns. Our investor base includes qualified individuals, family offices, and institutional allocators, supported by a compliance forward process built around Reg D and Reg A offerings.

We focus on sectors where infrastructure, energy, and data intersect, including power generation, digital assets, and real asset backed cash flow strategies. Our platform is designed not only to fund individual projects, but to create repeatable systems that scale.

At FlarePoint, we are a shield first and a sword second. We prioritize downside protection through structure and alignment, then deploy capital into opportunities where execution and timing drive meaningful upside.
