Inspectors stay in control of the inspection and the conversation with the owner. Inspectors wear the Flash Inspector camera, start an inspection in the app, and say out loud non-compliant items. Flash Inspector analyzes the video and audio, aligns findings with adopted fire and building codes and local ordinances where adopted, and produces a high-quality draft report for review and edit plus images from the non-compliant items.

Flash Inspector is not a records management system. Your RMS remains the system of record. Our role is staff augmentation: eliminating most manual report writing and code lookup, then delivering completed reports into the tools you already use. A one-hour inspection that might have taken another hour or more to document can be completed in just minutes. Full-day inspections no longer require a full day at a desk.
