Robb Young

Robb Young has a diverse work experience spanning several industries.

Robb most recently worked at UpdatePromise as the Eastern Regional Sales Director, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at the same company as the Director of Customer Experience from September 2019 onwards. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Before joining UpdatePromise, Robb worked at Project3 Consultants, where they served as the Vice President since May 2004. Robb also worked at Assured Performance Network as the Director of Strategic Accounts from April 2018 to March 2019.

Prior to their positions at UpdatePromise, Project3 Consultants, and Assured Performance Network, Robb held the role of Director of Business Development at TenPoint Complete from May 2014 to May 2018. TenPoint Complete specializes in market research and call center services, aimed at helping companies understand and improve their customer experiences.

Robb's earlier work experience includes roles such as Career Advisor at Bernard Haldane Associates from February 2003 to May 2006, and VP World Class Advisory Services at Money Concepts from March 1996 to February 2003.

Robb started their career at the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati as a Senior Program Director, a position they held from 1993 to 1996.

Robb Young earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Communication from the University of Cincinnati, where they attended from 1986 to 1991.
