YILIN FANG

Yilin Fang has worked as a Frontend Developer at UpdatePromise starting from January 2021. In this role, they implemented Single Page Application architecture using Angular and Vue, developed responsive web applications with RESTFul web API, and worked on the backend architecture using Node.js.

Yilin Fang also had a role as a UX Designer at Amintro from July 2022 to August 2022. During this 4-week placement through Springboard, they redesigned the user onboarding process for a social network platform catering to individuals over 50.

Before that, Yilin Fang worked as a UI/Front-end Engineer at Apple via Red Oak Technologies from March 2018 to December 2020. In this position, they wrote scalable JavaScript code, built modular components and features for the Apple Online Store, and implemented various screens using React.

Yilin Fang completed a UI/UX Designer program at Springboard from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, Yilin obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Software Engineering from Southern Methodist University, which took place from 2014 to 2016. Yilin also earned a certification in the UI/UX Design Career Track from Springboard in January 2023.
